Enness says it has seen a 31% growth in demand from GCC clients looking for UK property finance in the past six months
Large loans broker, Enness, has opened an office in Dubai in response to a 31 percent growth in demand from GCC clients looking for UK property finance in the past six months.
The company said it has launched its fourth office in The Gate Village in the heart of the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC).
Established 10 years ago, by Islay Robinson and Hugh Wade-Jones, Enness caters for high net worth (HNW) clients and secures UK and European mortgages for such individuals.
Robinson, CEO of Enness, said: “London continues to be a safe investment option for HNW individuals and, as such, is popular with expats based in the GCC and foreign nationals looking to put their money into a secure asset.
"We’ve launched an office in Dubai’s DIFC as a direct response to the increased demand for large loans for property in the UK and Europe from these clients."
The Dubai office follows the launch of a Monaco office, in the French Riviera, catering for the demand for large loans in Europe.
Toby Johncox will lead the Dubai team as head of mortgages.
