Dubai South unveils a new aviation and lifestyle landmark
To cater to growing demand for aviation-related services, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has announced the launch of The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a premium development designed to attract top aviation companies and luxury retailers.
Strategically located adjacent to the VIP Terminal, which has seen record growth in business aviation movements, the boulevard will stretch 769 metres and comprise 16 premium buildings. Covering a total area of 204,000 square metres, it will feature state-of-the-art facilities and retail outlets that support MBRAH’s integrated aviation ecosystem.
A phased development starting 2026
The boulevard will be delivered in phases beginning in 2026. Construction has already started on Aviation One, a six-storey flagship building blending modern architectural design with advanced functional layouts. This reflects MBRAH’s commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed: Aviation a pillar of Dubai’s economy
Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman & Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, emphasised aviation’s central role in Dubai’s economy:

MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination for leading airlines, private jet operators, MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), and associated industries. It also hosts maintenance centres, training institutes, and education campuses, contributing to Dubai’s vision of becoming a world-leading aerospace and engineering hub.
