The mall management division of Lulu Group International, Line Investments & Property has announced the creation of many new brands that will be presented at Silicon Central, a new two-level retail and leisure center in Dubai's Silicon Oasis.
With a total rental area of 81,500 square meters and 3,500 parking spaces, the shopping center will offer customers a wide range of popular brands. It will also include a wide selection of restaurants, including 24 casual restaurants and cafes, as well as 21 food courts.
The rental team confirmed the presence of tenants such as Alshaya Group, Landmark Group, Sharaf Retail, Step In and Brands For Less.

Service and lifestyle brands such as Lulu Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange, Life Pharmacy, Du Telecom, Medicina, Al Futtaim Fast Fit, DOCIB, Tips & Toes, Companion Salon, Portofino Beauty Clinic, Cutting Edge, Supertrim, Orange Hub and UFC Gym, will also have outlets at the destination.
