The upcoming service station in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) will feature the latest sustainable technology and will cover a plot of 50,187 square feet, with a built-up area of 5,920 square feet.
ENOC Group, a prominent integrated global energy company, has entered into a head-lease agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) to establish the first petrol station within the DMCC district.
This new service station will be located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), a key mixed-use development by DMCC. Strategically positioned, it will cater to the busy areas of Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands, and the upcoming Uptown Dubai district. This move aligns with ENOC’s retail expansion plans for 2025–2026.
A strategic initiative for expanding infrastructure, the partnership underlines ENOC's and DMCC's dedication to improving community infrastructure. ENOC aims to bolster its presence in important locations throughout Dubai as part of its comprehensive retail growth strategy, while DMCC remains focused on enhancing the quality of life within its community.

The new service station will occupy a 50,187 square foot plot and have a built-up area of 5,920 square feet. It will feature the latest sustainable technology, including conventional fueling services, a drive-thru shop, and various amenities tailored to the growing communities in JLT and Uptown Dubai.
Saif Humaid Al Falasi, the Group CEO of ENOC, highlighted the significance of the agreement within ENOC's overall strategy.
