Al Majid Motors Company, the automotive division of the Juma Al Majid Holding Group and an exclusive distributor for Kia Motors in the UAE, has launched its largest ever Kia Sales and After-Sales Centre on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road near Tasjeel Village in Sharjah.
The state-of-the-art facility, which spans over 143,000 sq ft, is home to a Kia showroom and a newly developed ‘Konfidence’ certified pre-owned division, as well as an advanced Kia Service Centre with a fully equipped Auto Body Center to cater to the growing demand for Kia vehicles in the UAE.
The large new facility is part of Al Majid Motors Company’s wider expansion plan, which is focused on enhancing the company’s customer service in the UAE.
This comes as Kia celebrates 30 years of operation in the UAE. Al Majid Motors Company President Mohammed Khader said: "Since our inception as the sole distributor for Kia in 1988, we have remained committed to our founding philosophy of satisfying our customers through a combination of honesty, integrity and social awareness."
"Our new facility is a major milestone in our journey toward providing an exceptional customer experience by offering Kia consumers the ultimate convenience, ease and quality that our group has become renowned for," he noted.
The world-class facility provides a combined point of sales and service centre for customers, supporting them at every stage of car ownership from purchase to after-sales service, he stated.
Senior VP of Kia Motors Corporation JW Sohn, and Regional Headquarters/Middle East and Africa President Kyung-Hyeon Kim visited the Sharjah site along with a number of Kia senior executives.
“We are confident that our new facility will further support our growth in the automotive market, strengthening the presence of our prominent brands and the Juma Al Majid Holding Group in the UAE," added Khader.
