Along with the start of the DUBAI BIG 5 competition this year, the "Learn to Ride" program will also be resumed in September, which will resume in 2023 with new weekly training sessions conducted in partnership with the Wolfi bike shop and the Al Qudra Cycling Center in Dubai..
Designed for riders of all ages and training levels, the 90-minute classes will provide new members of the cycling community with the necessary training and expert guidance, focusing on the basics of riding on the road, as well as safety training to ensure that novice cyclists have the necessary knowledge and skills to take up this year's challenge.
38-40 km races and junior races are also returning this season, with two fan favorites returning by popular demand to allow the whole family to take part in the main race week in February 2023.
New riders can join the journey this year by booking a seat at the upcoming "Learn to Ride" classes to gain miles in legs before the main event on February 19, 2023.
This year, registration for the Dubai Big 5 competition is open for an exclusive promotion that allows participants to take part in all 4 races and the main event, while the first 25 male and female participants will receive a free Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge 2022 jersey.
Stuart Hovison, Racing Director, said: “It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening of registration for the 2023 Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge, which opens the cycling season with a September training session and the start of the Dubai Big 5 competition.
