Imkan has announced construction progress on its integrated Abu Dhabi residential project, Thanaya
Developer Imkan has announced progress on its integrated Abu Dhabi residential project, Thanaya, saying it is on track for completion by the end of 2019.
Located in Abu Dhabi’s Al Muntazah area, shoring for the for-lease only development is 75 percent completed, the company said.
The residential development will feature multi-use retail and F&B space and a pharmacy on the ground level, a community clinic on the mezzanine level, and 84 fully furnished apartments across six levels.
Thanaya also features bespoke rooftop amenities, including a jogging track and other outdoor recreational zones, the developer added.
Walid El-Hindi, CEO of Imkan, said: “Thanaya has been carefully designed to respect local customs while providing an enhanced living experience.”
The Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer last month announced that construction has started on its $540 million 18-hectare waterfront Makers District on Reem Island.
The development is making scheduled progress towards its completion timeline of the fourth quarter of 2020.
