Leading UAE developer Arada has commenced work on the ultra-luxury Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah after securing the initial construction contract.
The project is designed in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and the acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando, featuring panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, along with 90,000 sq ft of premium amenities and 52 unique homes, according to a statement by Arada.
The contract for the enabling works, including shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, has been awarded to International Foundation Group (IFG), a seasoned Dubai-based firm specializing in deep foundation and ground solutions.
Onsite work has begun and is expected to finish by March next year, after which the main construction contract will be awarded.
Alongside the construction start at Armani Beach Residences, Arada has unveiled the project's Show Apartment at their sales office in City Walk.
The Show Apartment includes a replica living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, boudoir, and dining room, all exclusively designed by Armani/Casa, with materials and furnishings provided by the iconic brand.
Arada Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi expressed, "We’re excited to commence construction on Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and look forward to collaborating with Tadao Ando and Armani/Casa to bring this unique residential project to fruition."
"This project represents a new landmark in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighborhoods, with exceptional design, architecture, and top-tier amenities," he stated.
"Each meticulously designed home is centered around bringing expansive ocean and skyline views into its interior, featuring configurations of two-, three-, four-, five-bedroom, and penthouse residences that offer unhindered access to the exterior view," he added.
The development includes two presidential suites, offering various internal function areas such as a reflective pool courtyard, personalized gym, libraries, private cinema, and a parking lounge with space for seven cars, along with a lavish mega-terrace featuring an infinity pool.
Alkhoshaibi noted that buyers of penthouses and presidential suites can work directly with Armani/Casa for a bespoke interior design scheme.
"Since its launch earlier this year, Armani Beach Residences has received accolades such as Best Branded Residences in Robb Report’s Best of the Best awards, and Waterfront Project of the Year at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards," he added.
