Alpha Management Limited is registered at DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center) and was launched by Shaukat Murad in 2007 to provide innovative solutions for clients seeking asset protection, estate planning and tax mitigation opportunities. The founding directors have many years experience between them, working with clients from all walks of life and arriving at individually tailored personal solutions.
We currently have an office in Dubai and a network of professional affiliates in London, Isle of Man, BVI, Seychelles, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Cyprus and a host of other jurisdictions.
We are registered agents for JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority) and RAKFTZ (Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone). As well as incorporating offshore companies in the UAE, we also incorporate Free Zone companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujeirah.. The UAE has signed some 60+ Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (DTAA's) and we are able to advise clients on the effective use of these agreements to legally minimise their tax exposure.
