Developer says Azizi Aliyah Residences is set for completion in Q3 2018, to offer 346 homes
UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that one of its first major projects in Dubai Healthcare City is on track to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
Once completed, the AED350 million Azizi Aliyah Residences project will offer a total of 346 serviced residences with 191 studios, 135 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom apartments along with upscale retail space of 16,000 sq ft, the developer said in a statement.
Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Azizi Aliyah Residences was our first project launched in Dubai Healthcare City, one of the most sought-after locations in Dubai, and we are pleased to be on track to completing this luxurious project of serviced residences in the next year.”
Azizi Developments said it has been witnessing growing demand for serviced residences in key locations across Dubai.
The developer’s other serviced apartment projects include the delivered Royal Bay, and Mina by Azizi on the Palm Jumeirah, which it expects to complete in 2018, and further projects in Al Furjan.
Since the start of the year, Azizi Developments has launched several projects including the AED12 billion Azizi Riviera project in Meydan One, in addition to other projects in Dubai Healthcare City, Palm Jumeirah, Al Furjan and Jebel Ali.
