Azizi Developments makes pledge as it starts handover of homes at its Samia project in Al Furjan
UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced it plans to complete 14 real estate projects in Dubai this year as it finished work on Samia, its residential and commercial development in Al Furjan.
The handover for the 284 units, which comprise 137 studios, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments, as well as eight penthouses, will now commence, the company said.
Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “We now look forward to completing another approximately 14 developments in 2020 across some of Dubai’s most sought-after residential destinations - four more buildings in Al Furjan, Mina on the east crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Aura – our freehold residential building in Downtown Jebel Ali, and several buildings in the first phase of Riviera – our French Mediterranean-inspired master-planned community project in MBR City.

With thousands of homes successfully delivered to local and international investors and end users of over 100 nationalities, Azizi Developments said Samia boasts a total gross floor area of 18,354 sq m, a dedicated retail area that features 11 outlets spanning across 7,000 sq m, as well as amenities, including swimming pools, a gymnasium, a sauna, and a steam room.
Azizi said it currently has 54 ongoing projects that are to be delivered between 2020 and 2023, and an additional 100 projects in planning, worth several billion dollars, that are projected to be delivered between 2023 and 2025.
