Two British are accused of an insult of the employee of the airport of Dubai, but reject all accusations and claim that the worker himself showed aggression in relation to them.
The Dubai court considers case on which the employee of the international airport of Dubai acts as the applicant. According to him, on May 4 two citizens of Great Britain used the obscene speech and offended it when he asked for permission to check their baggage.
"They swung the British passports and said that I can make nothing by it" — the inspector told.
Men told court that the inspector approached them for no reason whatever and dragged one of them for a collar.
Denying accusations, one of them reported court: "He began to say it that we consider ourselves it is better than others with our British passports and if we believe that it won't be able to touch us, to British, we aren't right."
Defendants suggested to check safety cameras as confirmation of their words. Men also asked court to call the claimant and to interrogate him.
The sentence will be pronounced on September 29.
