Dar Global and Trump Organization Launch Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai
Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, in partnership with The Trump Organization, has officially announced the launch of Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai — the first and only Trump-branded tower in the Middle East. This landmark development reflects both companies’ confidence in Dubai’s long-term growth potential and commitment to delivering unmatched value and luxury.
Located along Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai, the 80-floor skyscraper will soar 350 meters high, offering exclusive views of Burj Khalifa and the sea. Blending luxury hospitality with elite residences, the tower will feature exquisite suites, private lounges, personalized services, and Dubai’s highest outdoor swimming pool.

Buyers will be able to purchase residences using Bitcoin, aligning the project with cutting-edge investment trends. A private, members-only club, TheTrump, will offer unparalleled exclusivity, including a resort-style pool reserved solely for residents. At the top, two ultra-luxury sky penthouses with panoramic views and private pools will crown the tower.
The design draws inspiration from New York’s iconic Trump Tower Penthouse, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bespoke interiors that reflect sophistication, elegance, and prestige.
This is the fifth collaboration between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, following projects in Saudi Arabia and Oman. “Dubai’s strategic location and vibrant economy make it ideal for global investment.
