Dubai, UAE. The world's largest wholesale warehouse Dubai Wholesale City began order taking for lease of space. The new free economic zone will be located on the area of 550 million quarter of feet, its arrangement will cost 30 billion dirhams (US$8,1 billion).
It is planned that in the territory of Dubai Wholesale City more than 15 thousand wholesale sellers will receive a registration. The project represents a part of efforts of the government of the UAE on a construction of a global trade hub. Now the global amount of wholesale trade exceeds US$4,3 trillion and will reach US$4,9 trillion within the next five years.
