The UAE reacted to the publication with the British The Sun edition of material about the 25-year-old woman of the Russian origin who allegedly rendered in Dubai services of sexual nature by request of the large investment banking company.
In June the British tabloid The Sun published article in which told about the 25-year-old Russian promoting the conclusion of the contract between the investment banking company and its Lebanese partner by means of rendering services of sexual nature for the last in Dubai. It was reported that for it she received money from the investment banking company.
Dubai reacted to messages in media, having reminded that prostitution and adultery are illegal and punishable offenses, and violators will be made responsible and deported.
The Sun reported that the income of the woman constituted about 500 thousand dirhams ($136 thousand) a year. According to the newspaper, the woman was engaged in prostitution within the last eight years, but isn't clear whether there was it over the entire period in the UAE or not.
With the investment banking company the woman told about the arrangement in the Supreme Court of Dubai.
Commenting on article in The Sun, the representative of police told that the police of Dubai won't close an eye to such behavior of the Russian. He reminded that there are stringent laws prohibiting to women to wear even indecent clothes or to make any immoral actions. He specified that similar cases occur in each country, and such activities contradict traditions and culture of the UAE. He added that the Dubai police carries daily out raids and arrests all who are involved in occupation prostitution. The police also blocks websites with obscene photos of women and tries to find them and to detain.
