The 36-year-old driver of a limousine of a Bangladesh origin from Dubai was condemned in July by trial court on a charge of sexual harassments and sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three months with the subsequent deportation. This Wednesday the apellate court upheld a sentence.
According to accusation materials, an incident occurred on March 22 when the driver gave a ride to the American from the international airport of Dubai in one of hotels. The defendant suggested the woman to sit down on forward sitting that that could feel more comfortably. On the road it touched her left hand several times that that "relaxed". Then the driver tried "to mass her hips", but she rejected its offer.
Police officers found the photos of the woman kept in memory of phone of the defendant, but that insisted that nevertheless there is no his fault in the incident, and it didn't concern the passenger.
