Large builders from the United Arab Emirates are going "to turn a landscape of the future of Dubai" with a number of high-quality projects at the largest exhibition in real estate field of Cityscape Global which opening will take place tomorrow.
The 15th session of the most important exhibition of the real estate in the Middle East which will take place from September 6 to September 8 in the World Trade Center of Dubai, promises to be remembered by the presentation of loud projects from the leading builders of the UAE.
The Emaar Properties stand at which the tower in Dubai Creek Harbour The Tower developed by the Spanish-Swiss architect Santiago Calatravis and which is laying claim to the highest in the world will be provided can become one of the most significant statements.
Ahmad Al Matrushi, the managing director of Emaar Properties, told: "We see the leading platform which emphasizes the noticeable growth and development of sector of the real estate of Dubai in Cityscape Global. Visitors of the Emaar stand will be able to learn more about the tower device, including about Pinnacle Room from which the magnificent view, and about the VIP to the observation deck on which hanging gardens of Semiramis will be recreated opens.

At the same time Dubai South, the builder of new "city" of Dubai near the international airport Al Maktoum and venues of World Expo-2020, will start two key projects in its residential district on Cityscape Global — The Pulse and The Villages.
Ahmed Al Ansari, the acting as the CEO in Dubai South, told: "Dubai South is well familiar with Cityscape, but it is the first time when we participate in quality of the chief builder, representing own products in real estate category which will be available to sale in October."
According to the plan of Dubai-2021 of an ambition of Dubai South concern creation of a city ecosystem in the emirate, "city" which base are happiness and wellbeing of people.
