Shaikhani Group has reported on sales during Cityscape real estate exhibition which has passed in Dubai for the total amount of 30 million dirhams.
The exhibition which took place last week in the World Trade Center of Dubai in real estate field of Cityscape was very successful for builder Shaikhani Group — he managed to make sales for the total amount of 30 million dirhams ($8,16 million) and to process over 4,5 thousand requests, according to Mahmoud Shaykhani's statement, the group managing director.
"We were overloaded with requests concerning the prices and sales in spite of the fact that urgent moods in the market are considered to be depressive" — he told.
According to the head of Shaikhani Group, the determining factor in this question is "the correct product with the correct arrangement and the correct plans of payments."
Earlier the builder declared large-scale expansion on the real estate market of Dubai by means of 11 projects estimated in total more than at 3,5 billion dirhams ($950 million). The general dwelling and commercial stock of new objects constitutes 2100 units in such areas as Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Silicon Oasis.
In May of this year the company started Gardenia Residency in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), having offered investors the convenient plan of payments within 10 years after completion of a construction. The project work, consisting of 164 apartments is already begun.
4 towers of Champions Tower and Frankfurt Sports Tower in Dubai Sports City, and also Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis are also among the implementable Shaikhani Group projects.
"The following two stages Gardenia Residency and one high-rise tower will become two of three projects in JVC. The fourth project — in Arjan in Dubailand" — Mahmoud Shaykhani told.
