A total of 146 services can be applied through Hadi, covering services such as ID card renewal, letter services and e-wallet top ups
The Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) has launched ‘Hadi’, an AI-based conversational bot that can answers questions and help process transactions, DSOA has announced.
In a statement, the DSOA said that the bot will be available on the organisation’s website and other messaging applications.
A total of 146 services can be applied through Hadi, covering services such as ID card renewal, letter services and e-wallet top ups.
All transactions are processed end-to-end in the system, limiting the dependency on external links and services.
The high-tech system also used cognitive services to analyze customer feedback, complaints and support requests, as well as prioritise them based on content.
In the next phase of implementation, Hadi will add another 180 services and will expand to support service delivery on Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to integrate the latest technologies and enhance the user experience at Dubai Silicon Oasis,” said Badr Buhannad, executive vice president of strategy, business services and risk management at DSOA.
“Hadi leverages advanced machine learning models to provide users with a one-stop shop to address inquiries, process transactions, as well as assist with several other services pertaining to DSOA’s owned facilities,” he added. “We fully intend on continuing these advancements to keep DSOA at the forefront of technological integration.”
