The museum encompasses five sections with interactive exhibits that leverage advanced technology and multimedia. It presents rare collections to convey its core message and provide an engaging sensory experience, fostering cultural dialogue.
Sheikh Mansour also viewed the immersive light experience in the "Dome of Peace," featuring cultural facilities supporting the museum's civilizational message.

The museum presents a unique atmosphere through innovative displays across five themes: Values of Tolerance, Sanctity and Worship, Beauty and Perfection, Tolerance and Openness, and Unity and Coexistence, with areas for family and children.
The collection includes pieces like a section of the Kiswa of the Holy Kaaba, the first Islamic gold coin, pages from the Blue Quran, and the Andalusian astrolabe, among others, displayed alongside antique and contemporary artworks.
