The Dubai airline flydubai has noted on August 13, 2017 achievement of a boundary of one million users who have given a mark It "is pleasant" to a page of airline on social network Facebook.
The airline has started an official page on Facebook on January 13, 2014 and has reached a point of one million friends through organic development of community of the admirers who like to communicate with brands by means of social networks.
flydubai uses popular social networks to interact with the admirers through such content as news, promotion actions, competitions, history of a brand and information on flights.
"We welcome expansion of the community in Facebook, our main platform on social networks, to one million friends", − Mike Evans, the senior vice-president of flydubai for customer service quality control, a brand management and communications has told (Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Brand Communications). "Social networks go forward, allowing us to adjust bilateral dialogue with clients. This invitation from our admirers in the personal space, desire to speak with us and to share the important points. We thank them for such opportunity".
Besides the page on Facebook, the airline also has official accounts with the growing number of admirers on three other social platforms: Instagram (82 500 followers), LinkedIn (105 000 followers) and YouTube (more than 4 million viewings).
