At the Cityscape Global 2016 exhibition which is coming to the end today in Dubai the builder Danube Properties specializing in a segment of affordable housing has reported that he plans to finish six projects before the planned term.
The builder Danube Properties shows progress in implementation of six projects of affordable housing at the largest regional showing in real estate field of Cityscape Global 2016 which comes to an end in Dubai today. The company declared that it plans to finish projects before the delivered term.
Representatives of Danube also reported that requests for their fifth project under the name Starz located near Dubai Al Fujran are now estimated. By estimates of representatives, the procedure will be complete by the end of September. Then the company will announce the master builder under the contract estimated at 300 million dirhams ($81,7 million).
Starz consists in total of 446 residential units: studios, two - and the three-roomed completely furnished apartments with a set of conveniences.
Sadzhan, the founder and the chairman of Danube Group is called, I noticed that, considering finding of real estate prices at the lowest level, there was no more suitable time for purchase of affordable housing in the UAE yet. It provides forecasts for increase in prices in real estate sector next year.
"Cityscape always served as an ideal platform for those who live the world of the real estate. This year I am very glad to declare progress in all the projects. My team showed huge commitment and purchases the increasing scope. Our strategy assumes completion of a high-quality construction long before date of transfer to servicing, and we make all efforts that it occurred" — Sadzhan told.
Works on Glitz 1 and 2 advance the delivered terms for four months now — 62% are already realized. Besides, on the place of the Glitz 3 project digging works will begin in the nearest future. The first Danube "Dreamz" project is close to completion and will be handed over in the shortest possible time.
Sadzhan declared that all projects of the company are in demand since launch thanks to pricing and flexible plans of payments in combination with a convenient arrangement and availability of ultramodern conveniences.
