The Meraas holding will take part in Cityscape Global where it will submit the long-awaited multipurpose La Mer project in Dubai.
On the largest event of year in real estate field of Cityscape Global which will pass from September 6 to September 8 the Meraas holding will show the long-awaited La Mer, the coastal trade, hotel and entertaining project in Dubai.
La Mer will be located in the picturesque area Dzhumeyry, along the coastline, and will occupy over 9,5 million sq. feet. The territory will be divided into four separate zones: beach, entertainment center, Northern island and Southern island. 60% of all construction works are already executed, and La Mer will be ready to welcome the first guests in the 4th quarter 2017. With the advent of new hotels, restaurants, housing estates near the Channel of Dubai Dzhumeyra will strengthen the line items as one of the most attractive and prestigious areas in Dubai.
