With schools off for the winter across UAE, traffic flow was normal across most parts of UAE on Monday morning.
However, a major accident was reported on Dubai's Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road after E66 Al Ain Road intersection towards Abu Dhabi - causing congestion and tailbacks.
