Majid Al Futtaim has announced plans to expand its luxury and lifestyle retail portfolio in 2025 with the launch of over 30 new stores across the GCC, including flagship openings in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The move builds on a record-breaking 2024, during which the group reported a 26% revenue increase and a 31% surge in digital sales across its lifestyle segment.
The expansion highlights new partnerships with iconic Italian brands such as Eleventy, Corneliani, and Poltrona Frau. Five standalone Eleventy stores will launch in Solitaire Mall (KSA), Mall of the Emirates, Marsa Al Arab, Dubai Mall, and The Grove. Corneliani made its regional debut in April 2025 in Saudi Arabia, while Poltrona Frau will open its first store outside the UAE in Riyadh this May.
Fahed Ghanim, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, emphasized the group's strategy of scaling luxury brands from initial concept stores to regional flagships. The growth is supported by the success of THAT Concept Store, which incubates emerging luxury labels.
With the total store count reaching 87 in 2024, including new openings for brands like lululemon, Shiseido, and Crate & Barrel, Majid Al Futtaim is on track for another landmark year, further cementing its leadership in the region’s premium retail landscape.
