The builder MAG has announced plans for development of the concept of new velness-houses in Dubai with the emphasis on a healthy lifestyle.
Representatives of MAG Property Development, company builder from MAG Group, told that for the new housing project in Dubai they chose the concept "velness", that is the new product in real estate field in the market of the UAE will be developed on the basis of the ideas of optimization of space, light and ergonomics for the benefit of health and wellbeing. The project is described as "the future of the residential real estate".
The CEO Talal M Al Gaddakh told: "It is also the future. We are already known for the readiness to provide the market by high-quality and high quality housing. Now we raise a bar and we aim to provide to [market] of the house which improve health and provide comfortable conditions".
The analysis of MAG specifies that global growth of the velness-market in a segment of consumer health care is estimated at $502 billion with the predicted growth for the next five years.
Al Gaddakh added: "MAG of Lifeä allows us to get on absolutely new market where we will build housing of the future for consumers. First of all we will be concentrated on functionality and comfortable conditions which we will combine with our design of a world class."
