The campaign is set to run until November 13 and offers entrants who purchase a home through Holo’s mortgage or concierge service an opportunity to enter a prize draw. The draw is supervised by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

For those looking to participate, here is how the Holo deal works:

  • Buyers securing a mortgage through Holo will receive one entry into the draw upon signing their final offer letter by November 22.
  • Cash buyers utilizing Holo’s concierge service will also gain entry after signing their Form F.
  • Customers who opt for both services will receive three entries.

The company has confirmed that the winner will receive Dhs500,000 towards either an off-plan property or a studio apartment in Jumeirah Village Triangle, valued at Dhs780,000.
