JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for P&L performance and management of the business operations on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer. Growth of the business in line with agreed strategic goals.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.Establishing plans, budgets and results measurement,
allocating resources, making corrections as needed.
2.Increase effectiveness of company by recruiting, training,
counseling and disciplining managers.
3.Communicating values, strategies and objectives throughout
the organization.
4.Co-ordinate efforts by establishing best standard policies
and practices throughout the organization.
5.Maintain company image, product quality and service levels.
6.Co-ordinate efforts through organization standards, policies
and best practices.
7.Play a lead role in critical business functions including
Sales and Procurement.
8.Implement any changes required due to change in Government
legislation or Group policy.
9.Identify and study market opportunities, present assumptions,
recommend objectives.
10.Assisting the CEO in his objectives as needed.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Other jobs that may be assigned/requested by CEO as deemed
necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED:
• Graduate of any related degree
• Experience in Production and Manufacturing Company.
• Sound financial knowledge.
• Great leadership skills
• Can manage a challenging organization under pressure
• Confident with high interpersonal skills
