Description
The Guest Service Agent will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. He/she will be responsible for the overall care, hospitality and given to the guests throughout their stay and contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception.
Minimum Requirements
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism Management or any education
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in the same position or similar field
• Should be well-groomed and presentable
• Excellent English communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills are a must
• Ability to work under pressure and within the team
