For the largest builder of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah RAK Properties PJSC the exhibition of the real estate Cityscape Global 2016 which is coming to the end today in Dubai will be remembered by the announcement of two large projects in Ras-al-Jaime and Abu Dhabi and attraction of brisk interest from the international and local investors.
The managing director and chief executive officer Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi told about plans for investment of 5 billion dirhams ($1,36 billion) into new, important objects within Mina Al Arab. It is already known that 5-stars hotels, coastal country houses and townhouses, beach club, shopping center and entertaining institutions, such as cinema and restaurants under the open sky will be a part of the island project. In total objects will occupy the total area exceeding 810 thousand sq.m.
Besides, RAK Properties announced Julphar Residence, a 24-storey residential tower on the island Rome in Abu Dhabi. Works on its construction shall be complete in the 4th quarter 2018.
Concerning participation of the company in Al Qadi's action I told: "We received tremendous feedback during Cityscape Global in response to both new projects, especially concerning Mina Al Arab. This reaction confirms availability of the growing demand for the guaranteed possibilities of Ras-al-Haymy for local and international investors."
In the last day the RAK Properties exhibitions I invited people who already live in Mina Al Arab — the TV host Reese Khan and the British player in rugby Steve Thompson. They shared the impressions about life in this community of Ras-al-Haymy.
The khan noted: "For me Ras Al Khaimah is very safe place. Mina Al Arab — similarity of the private settlement with own beaches, beautiful water areas and tranquility."
Thompson, the father of two children, added: "As a rule, people should go on leave to live as here."
