The Italian has filed a lawsuit against Emirates airline from Dubai because of the corpulent fellow traveler.
The passenger has filed a lawsuit against Emirates airline because the corpulent person was his neighbor. The man didn't hold in the chair and prevented to sit to the Italian lawyer Giorgio Destro. Writes Daily Mail about it.
As Destro has told, within nine hours during flight from Cape Town (Republic of South Africa) to Dubai he had to stand in inside of the plane or to sit on the chairs intended for stewards when they were free.
The lawyer also suggested stewardesses to replace him, but he was answered that all places are taken. Also has revolted the Italian that the airline hasn't apologized to him and hasn't offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
Now Destro intends to receive nearly 2,8 thousand euros from Emirates. The carrier has refused to comment on an incident.
Earlier it was reported that in Great Britain the elderly tourist was refused to be let in the train because his corpulent fellow travelers have taken the place bought them.
