Abu Dhabi airline says decision is in line with Saudi government's decision to suspend UAE travel 'until further notice'
Abu Dhabi’s Etihad has cancelled flights to Saudi Arabia until August 10, following the kingdom’s latest directive to suspend travel to the UAE.
A statement from the airline said customers would be contacted to notify them of changes to their itineraries.
The date of Etihad’s Saudi flight cancellations may be extended in line with government mandates, the statement said.
The Saudi government has now made COVID-19 immunisation a requirement for entry into all places, activities, events, government, private facilities and public transport, as of August 1st, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
