Etihad and Air Arabia are also accepting booking for ICA-approved UAE residents to return to the country from India
Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways has announced a series of special flights from UAE to six Indian cities from July 15-26.
The six cities that Etihad will fly to are: Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kochi.
There are daily flights to Mumbai, flights to Delhi six times a week (except on Monday), five flights a week to Chennai and Bengaluru, two flights a week to Kochi and one flight to Hyderabad every week.

Etihad is also accepting booking for return flights from these Indian cities to Abu Dhabi. However, those wishing to board these flights must have the necessary ICA approvals from the UAE government.
Air Arabia meanwhile have also announced special flights to India. The flights will operate to Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Delhi, Kannur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai and Trivandrum.
As is the case with Etihad, Air Arabia too is accepting passengers on the return leg to the UAE from India.
On Saturday, Emirates too said that it will operate repatriation flights to Bengaluru, Delhi, Kochi, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram, between July 12-26.
Following an agreement reached between the civil aviation authorities of India and the UAE last week, the Indian government announced that UAE residents stranded in India would be able to return to the UAE on the Vande Bharat flights departing from Indian cities, provided that these residents secured the required approvals and that the UAE was their final destination.
Additionally, it confirmed that charter flights operated by UAE carriers bringing Indian citizens from the UAE to India will also be allowed to carry ICA-approved residents on their return leg (India to UAE).
