The UAE authorities have announced that Eid Al Fitr prayers will be held at approved mosques or Eid Musallas across the country. The first day of Eid Al Fitr is anticipated to fall on Sunday or Monday, depending on the Shawwal moon sighting.
To ensure a smooth and safe celebration, authorities and volunteers will manage the entry and exit of worshippers at prayer venues, preventing overcrowding.

The Shawwal Moon-Sighting Committee under the UAE Council for Fatwa will meet on Saturday evening, March 29, 2025, to verify reports of the Shawwal crescent sighting for the Islamic year 1446 AH. Residents, citizens, and astronomy specialists are encouraged to participate in the observation.
