In Dubai the decision on a feedback of accusatory decisions is made on the foreigner Scott Richards to whom illegal advertising of activities of welfare institution was imputed earlier.
It became known that in the UAE charges in Scott Richards's relation, the resident of Dubai, the citizen of Australia and Great Britain who was detained on July 28 by police for attempt to raise money for welfare institution in support of the Afghan refugees are dismissed.
According to new laws which came into force last year residents of the UAE it is forbidden without government authorization to be engaged in promotion of charity and to urge people to endow funds for these purposes. As it was reported earlier, Richards posted online information on charitable campaigns of the Zwan Family Charity organization.
Last month Radkh Stirling, the representative of the foreigner and the founder of human rights group, told the press that the detainee was released on bail after arrest and came back home to the family. Now, according to messages of Stirlinga, charges are dismissed from Scott Richards at all.
According to statements of human rights group, many residents of the UAE don't guess that support of the signing up containing information on charity in Facebook indirectly represents violation of the law which can turn back imprisonment.
