The new development will offer both studios and one-bedroom apartments
The Ascott Limited (Ascott) is looking to open a new hotel in the Culture Village in Dubai, Citadines Culture Village Dubai.
The area also features urban landscaping of waterways, bridges and parks, Ascott, a mid-market serviced apartments provider with 40,000 residences across the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, said.
Set to be opened by the second quarter of 2019, the new development will offer both studios and one-bedroom apartments, each residence comes with a kitchen, living area, and separate working space.
It also features a swimming pool, gymnasium, breakfast lounge, residents’ lounge, and Internet corner, Ascott, the world's largest serviced-residence provider, noted.
The company did not give further details regarding the project’s total cost.
Boosting its presence in the Middle East and Africa, the group tends to increase its portfolio in Dubai through establishing other three hotels in the GCC emirate along Ascott Park Palace Dubai and Citadines Metro Central Dubai.
Ascott currently has five operating serviced residence properties in Saudi Arabia, with three new properties scheduled to open in 2019 in Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Makkah.
