From now on in Dubai builders, investors and specialists in real estate field present and discuss the loudest projects at the 15th session of the Cityscape Global-2016 exhibition.
From now on and till September 8 in the World Trade Center of Dubai the 15th session of the largest exhibition in real estate field in Cityscape Global region is held.
About 300 companies from the UAE will also show from abroad the projects. Here 7 of the most large-scale of them:
1. Meydan One Mall
Meydan Group is going to provide new shopping center Meydan One Mall which, allegedly, will establish the new quality standard for future malls and entertaining objects worldwide. On the illustrations prepared by the company it is possible to notice the area with the huge fountain. One Mall will occupy the territory over more than 30 thousand sq.m on which 529 retail pavilions, including two large department store and hypermarket will be located.
2. Palm 360
The Nakheel company provided the magnificent hotel and housing project of two towers of Palm 360 which will find the place on Palma Dzhumeyra in Dubai. Height of buildings will reach 220 meters, and transfer of objects to operation is appointed to the middle of 2020. Their number includes two hotels on 110 numbers, and also 252 of two - and the three-roomed served apartments and 12 penthouses, six of which will be of 1115 sq.m. They will occupy two floors and will offer guests private pools, gyms and home theaters.
3. Golf Residences
