FAST DELIVERY LEADTIMES

At Gautier, in order to ensure delivery within the normal time of four weeks, we have 45,000 m2 of storage area for the different components of all our collections. However, some items may require longer delivery times due to their specific characteristics. In all cases, we do our utmost to provide realistic delivery time estimates as soon as an order is placed.

NB. Conditions about delivery time and installation are exclusive to France.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

At Gautier, we strive to remain faithful to our collections so that our customers can continue modifying their interior design over the years. However, sometimes we are forced to end production of certain items. In this case, your Gautier shop will let you know several months in advance so that, if necessary, it can prepare an assortment of items from that collection for you.

SPECIAL CARE TOWARDS SAFETY STANDARDS

All of our products strictly comply with current European safety standards. A logo indicates our compliance with these standards and states that these beds are not made for children under age 6.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE

• Assembly: we deliver some pieces, such as drawers, pre-built and pre-fitted to make your life easier.

• Maintenance: our furniture is so easy to maintain; all you need is a cloth and clean water. Do not use detergent.

EXPERIENCED DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY STAFF

DELIVERY

Our staff are available to assemble, install and adjust your new furniture. Please request a quotation.
A Gautier specialist can also visit your home to take measurements and provide interior design advice, helping you find the best solutions for the layout of your home.

10-YEAR GUARANTEE ON FURNITURE

All Gautier furniture are guaranteed for 10 years (except sofas, chairs, soft materials and bedding) of your warranty will be provided in the store. But you can rest assured that the various parts for your order are available in our factory and the after-sales department is organised to provide you with the highest quality of service.
