Fitness First Al Manzil is a Platinum club located in Downtown Dubai with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The club has a large mixed gym area that is fully equipped with the latest in cardio, freestyle & strength training equipment. The club features a beautiful outdoor leisure pool, where Fitness First Swim Academy lessons are also available. It boasts 1 indoor squash court and 2 changing rooms which include steam rooms for both male and females.

For the added value fitness experience, we also have a dedicated GX studio on offer with a variety of group classes. The club also has a dedicated free weights room, along with both indoor and outdoor freestyle training areas. The club offers 1:1 & group personal training with our highly experienced team of trainers. It also features some of the latest innovation including MYZONE™ & Freestyle Group Training.
