The promise

The aim should always be to leave the salon feeling happy with your new style and not looking like Edward Scissorhands got hold of your hair. In our case, we’re promised that our split ends will be removed and we’ll have fresh, healthy hair with added layering and extra volume.

Step by Step

Our stylist starts by shampooing and conditioning our hair while giving us a mini head massage – our favourite part. After a quick towel dry, we take a seat at one of the stations, where we’re offered a refreshment to enjoy. We then consult with the stylist, explaining what we want our hair to look like – healthy and big. Our hairdresser then spends around 20 minutes trimming away split ends and adding in layers to create shape to our face, carefully snipping away at our tatty fringe. We opt for a curly blow-dry to finish, for even more volume.

The Result

By the end of our appointment, our hair feels lighter, healthier, bigger and bouncier.
