CHARM Ladies Salon was founded in 1997, Dubai, by Madame Angelique, also known as “The French Lady”. For the past 18 years, Angelique has shared her passion, knowledge and expertise of French beauty care and has worked alongside and trained her staff to give CHARM the professional reputation that precedes it all over the Gulf.
