AMTS - (Almuhriz Technical Services LLC) was formed in 2011. We are a leading building services and engineering company specializing in design, installation, testing and commissioning of MEP – specializing in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System, Electrical System for Indoor Ranges, Cleanrooms, Commercial Complexes, Offices, Condominiums, Research Laboratories etc. We also provide comprehensive Service & Maintenance for all types of ACMV and Electrical System.

AMTS, holding an Authorized Capital of S$2 million and Paid Up Capital of S$1.5million, have the ability to undertake contracts up to S$100,000,000.00 from single service installations to complex multi-service systems for clients.

AMTS specialises in development, design, construction, operation and maintenance support for Mechanical and Electrical System with expertise highly on HVAC System for factories, commercial complexes, Villas, hospitals, institution, training complexes and indoor ranges for military, police and Special Forces.

We provide skills covering all the stages of development from design needs analysis, through to commissioning, including M&E, air handling, bullet protection, targetary & simulation systems, special lightings, etc.

Working directly to governments or through local formally approved contractors and consultants each skill may be offered independently or linked to provide a comprehensive turnkey operation.

We are an experienced turnkey contractor who can undertake the Prime Contractor role, providing single point of responsibility for the design, construction, fitting out and maintenance of Clean rooms, Indoor Ranges for training complex, Laboratories etc.
