Presentation of the first floating villa Neptune in Dubai

The first floating villa Neptune has been unveiled in Dubai, which will become part of the luxurious Kempinski Floating Palace resort project.
Kempinski Floating Palace, under construction off the coast of Dubai Palm Marina, has been attracting the attention of investors and luxury lifestyle enthusiasts from the United Arab Emirates and around the world for several years.
Launched three years ago by the Middle East's leading construction holding company El Bahrawy Group, the megaproject will be a floating resort surrounded by 48 luxury mobile villas. The cost of the project is estimated at US$ 435.6 million.

Each Neptune villa is designed with environmental requirements in mind and is equipped with solar panels. The villas are capable of speeds from 6 to 8 knots per hour due to electric motors, which will also provide electricity to the villa, waste recycling and water desalination.

Currently, eight two-, three- and four-bedroom villas are in the final stages of construction. The floating mansions have a two-story layout, with a total area of 6,300 square feet.
On the ground floor there is a living room, an outdoor dining area, a kitchen, a guest toilet, a crew room, a service room, a crew cabin, an outdoor recreation area and a deck for storing and launching jet skis.

On the upper level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the roof there is an infinity pool surrounded by a glass fence, a deck for sunbathing, a barbecue area, as well as a remote control of the villa.
Each villa will offer a variety of premium amenities to maintain a luxurious lifestyle. The villas will be connected by pontoon bridges. Some villas have already been sold, and they can also be rented out to hotel guests.

The central resort of the project will be designed for 163 rooms and suites. Guests can get to the hotel and their villas by speedboats or their own boats. The hotel will be equipped with a floating helipad and parking for 16 yachts.
Hotel guests and villa owners will have access to a gourmet restaurant, a bar, a spa, swimming pools, boutiques, banquet halls and a marina. The completion of the project is scheduled for 2026, but all villas will be ready within 12-14 months.
