Tigrus International Restaurant Holding has strengthened its presence in the United Arab Emirates by launching three new establishments under the brands Osteria Mario and Shvili.
New restaurants have opened in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and will be under the holding's own management. As a result, the total number of Tigrus restaurants in the UAE has reached seven.
The first project of the holding in Abu Dhabi was the Georgian restaurant "Shvili", located in one of the largest shopping centers in the city — The Galleria Mall. The area of the institution is 526 sq. m.
In Abu Dhabi, which is known as the cultural and tourist center of the UAE with a large number of expats, Georgian cuisine is a novelty for the local market.
In Dubai, on the territory of the popular Dubai Festival City Mall shopping complex, the holding opened two restaurants in the co—branding format at once - Osteria Mario and Shvili. The establishments occupy a total area of 641 square meters. They offer both Italian and Georgian cuisines.
Restaurants in the UAE operate in the casual dining segment, offering guests the same menus in different countries, taking into account local tastes. Brand chefs Alexander Morin (Osteria Mario) and Lika Mardaleishvili (Shvili) are responsible for the quality of the cuisine. The average check in Abu Dhabi is 160 dirhams, and in Dubai it is 130 dirhams.
