It is specified that the AURA Skypool will be one of the highest – located pools in the world-it will offer panoramic views of the azure waters of the Persian Gulf. The building will also house 432 furnished residences and a 290-room St. Regis-branded resort. The hotel is expected to occupy the first 18 floors of the tower.
