Plaisir du Chocolat was created in 2000 in Ediburgh, Scotland by Chef Bertrand Espouy and Heather Kiernan.
Plaisir du Chocolat celebrated the unique and exotic origin of the various chocolates and teas it served, and invited its customers to come on a voyage of discovery; a discovery of true, unlimited pleasure.
Description
Plaisir du Chocolat gained popularity for its French-inspired cuisine, serving food that combined French Heritage with distinctive elements from Chef Bertrand's expert knowledge in chocolate and tea, and his passion for travel.
