Fümé features uncomplicated yet delicious food with a menu from across the globe, where the dishes are based on comfort food with a sharing concept.

No bells, whistles or flashing lights, just wholesome food from around the world. Fümé Downtown is the hub for local businesses and the residential community around the area.

Food & Beverage Story

The menu is inspired from tales of epicurean adventures throughout Europe, North and South-East Asia, where a passion for the Asian style of balancing sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavors are incorporated into European style dishes. Fümé is know for its variety of cooking methods using the finest meats and fish, which includes smoking, pickling, preserving, hot and cold smoking, curing, and braising. For those whom enjoy starting the day bright and early, Fümé Downtown serves breakfast every day from 8am to 12pm.

Decor

Fümé interior design is inspired by industrial, vintage influences along with purposely mismatched flatware, unique pieces of artwork and striking chandeliers, all made from a variety of interesting materials. The venue consists of two level and an outdoor seating area all overlooking the boulevard and Burj Khalifa.
