"Arayes" History:
In 1962, Adnan Hashem founded Restaurant Hachem in Lebanon.
The Restaurant started to serve high quality sandwiches, falafels and manakish.
“Arayes” was not created until 1964, when a customer suggested creating a new pita sandwich, and the “Famous Arayes Hashem” was born.
Freshly made of high quality Meat, Vegetables and Spices; created by Adnan and His sons, Arayes Hashem was a hit and established a new beginning for a new type of Pita Sandwich.
And now, “Arayes Hashem” was brought to Dubai – United Arab Emirates to deliver its perfect taste to Dubai’s community.
