Who we are?
Currently, we operate 3 restaurants with convenient locations around Dubai: Uchkuduk JBR, Uchkuduk Al Barsha and Uchkuduk Al Khail Gate.

Out of the age-old Uzbek culinary tradition, steeped in history, high culture, and exquisite aromas we bring to you the fine dining experience of Uchukduk. Uzbek cuisine may be Asia’s best kept secret—rich, succulent, and bursting with flavours.

Uchukduk is your gateway to oriental opulence, a place where you can pamper yourselves, and tantalise your taste buds. Every dish will take you on a voyage in place and time, a magical experience that transcends your average dining out in town. We will offer you to savour the eclectic tastes of cuisine from Bukhara, Samarkand, Tashkent and Ferghana Valley with flavours as diverse as the country, its people, its history and culture. In addition to Uzbek food, we also serve Central Asian, Russian and some Eastern European dishes. As fine as we promise you that your dining experience will be, it will still be warm and friendly like the Uzbek people are. We are there to welcome you as you want to come back for more.

What we do?
To the authenticity of the traditional ways of preparation, we brought our own fine-dining flair and presentation. Every succulent dish is prepared according to the highest standards, the finest ingredients, and with the utmost attention to details. From the tasty Samosa and rich Shurva, to the Kebabs and Plov, every dish promises you a unique experience. We will offer you a menu rich in variety and flavors, quality and taste that you will fondly remember.
We are also ready to cater to all your events and special occasions, and our friendly and professional staff will complement your experience with their care and attention.

Our Mission:
Our ultimate goal is to spread Uzbek Cuisine to multinational residents of Dubai, UAE.
