Mr. Sharif Alulama, a proud owner of Noon & Kabab is known for being the pioneer who has been successful in building a restaurant career over the decades.
He started his restaurant career in Dubai – UAE, in 1995, by running “Al Borz”, a family business. It was a popular Persian fine dining. Later in 2000, he opened a fine dining of Chinese cuisine in Dubai – UAE, named “Kauuloon”, which was quite a success. Shortly, in 2001, he collaborated with 3 other UAE national and launched “Noon & Kabab”, an authentic Persian Cuisine, in Lamcy Plaza, as a first outlet. Realizing its success, second outlet was opened in Ibn Battuta Mall, in 2004, from there on the journey to success started and today Noon & Kabab has 8 outlets running successfully throughout the famous malls in UAE.
According to him, the Persian cuisine fits perfectly with today’s lightened eating style. Food being his passion, nothing to him is more satisfying than to see Noon & Kabab’s customers smile after their meal.
